Getting Started with Group Ride

Coming in February 2012 - Group Ride®
- Everyone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Jazzercise® – The original dance exercise. Tone your muscles with easy-to-follow dance movements, choreographed to Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classic tunes.

Zumba® – Interval training class using easy-to-follow movements. Tone and sculpt your body with resistance training to fast and slow Latin salsa rhythms.

SilverSneaker®  MSROM(Muscluar Strength & Range of Movement) – Functional improvement is the focus of this creative multi-level conditioning class.  Members move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.  Using SilverSneakers music to enrich the experience, the instructors leads participants through basic choreography moves.

Fee Based Classes:

Boxing Fitness® – Learn the basics of the skill of boxing from putting your hip into your punches, footwork, defensive techniques and boxing cardio to strengthen your heart and lungs. This class has a progressive style training that starts with the basics and moves to advance techniques.

Pay monthly:
$70/4 workouts, $100/8 workouts or $120/unlimited each month.

Pilates P.r.o.P.® – is more than your average Pilates Mat class. Utilizing some new tools to amp up your work out, Pilates P.r.o.P will be just the challenge you need. Build upon classical Pilates work using Foam Rollers, Magic Circles and more.This class is open to all ages 12+ and ability levels, you might even surprise yourself at how quickly you advance.  This class is accessed with your H.i.i.T. punchcard.
